Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • We have been adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols to guarantee the wellbeing for our employees and customers.
  • Please let us know in case you get a damaged or defective item within 3 days of the delivery of the shipment, along with a video of the product while opening the package for the first time. Share the video through Whatsapp on 9711361356. It is requested to keep the tags intact.
  • Please note that product belonging to Home category are not eligible for returns or exchange unless a damaged product is delivered to the recipient. If you notice a manufacturing defect, take a picture of the same and send to us at care@surbhisetia.com
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been used or washed.
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are shipped internationally.
  • No shipping fees paid are ever refundable.
  • For each item purchased, only one exchange may be handled.

In case of an ongoing promotional event on the website

  • When available, a standard discount will be applied to the purchase price of just those goods that are featured on our website’s sale page.
  • The special rate is only available while supplies last.
  • There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed for the discounted items.
