Shipping & Payment
Shipping Policies:
- For all orders shipped Internationally, shipping charges will apply.
- After entering your mailing address during checkout, you may view the shipping costs for international purchases.
- All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. In case of customized orders, it may take longer and will be communicated accordingly via phone or email.
- All orders are delivered in 3 to 7 working days.
- The cost of shipping is not refundable.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete, correct, and includes both a mobile number and a zip code. This will hasten the delivery of your order.
Payment Policies:
- We accept online payments by debit and credit cards, PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay and BHIM UPI wallets for purchases shipping to India.
- We accept credit and debit card payments online for all international orders. If you want to use PayPal to make a payment, you may also email us at care@surbhisetia.com.
- Customers or recipients of goods placed internationally may be assessed local delivery fees or customs taxes and levies. This may be in addition to the shipping costs determined during checkout and is payable by the client upon delivery. Refund requests won’t be considered if the buyer becomes reluctant to pay these charges.
